Yes, the Olive SmartEar Plus and Olive Max are both registered with the FDA as Class II Air-Conduction Hearing Aids, with both OTC and prescription classifications. 

The registration and information is availably publicly on FDA's Establishment Registration and Device Listing website.

Unfortunately, Olive Union does not accept insurance at the moment. HSA or FSA cards are also at the moment not usable for purchase. 

All Olive Union products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If your product stops working or becomes damaged, we will arrange a new product change at no cost. This warranty only covers manufacturing faults or damage; third party damage or misuse is not covered.
